Exchange Policy:
Initiate Exchange:
Contact our customer service team at info@organicgyaan.com in within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange in your email. Organic Gyaan reserves all the rights to validate the reason of exchange.
Exchange Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.
Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for the return and new product shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Exchange Process:
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
If the exchange is approved, the new item will be shipped to you promptly.
Any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Cancellation Policy (for India):
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, without incurring any charges. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.
Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom Orders: Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
Refund Policy (for India):
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds for quality concerns will be issued at our discretion, following a review of your claim.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 of days after the approval of your refund request.
Returns and Exchanges (for International Market):
International orders are final sale. Due to the high shipping costs associated with international shipments, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of BHARAT.
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Once an international order is confirmed, it will be processed and cannot be returned or exchanged.
